Hey friends! I’m Kim Wagner – your community guru and local real estate agent. I believe everyone should love where they live. I am a long time resident of Marietta and I’ve had the incredible fortune to raise my kids right here in East cobb. My family and I chose this as our home 8+ years ago and haven’t looked back. I love eating great food, being outdoors, and football. I’m passionate about learning and experiencing the many things that Cobb (and surrounding areas) has to offer so that I can share that with YOU!
